Water everyone needs it, without water we can’t survive. So why do we have to fight for it? Around the world a lot of people do not have clean or access to water, in result children and adults die. We would think that water would never run out, but surprisingly one day that might change. The question is… are we prepared to stand by and watch a disaster happen or will we take action? Ultimately the choice is for us to make, we all should have the right to access clean drinking water. The environment is changing, which therefore leads some countries with no way to get water due to natural disasters. If everyone around the world went to court to fight for the right for access of clean drinking water, we would win a case anywhere. We all disserve and have the right to clean drinking water, we need it, and it’s a part of our lives.

Yes I completely agree with you, everyone deserves and has the right to clean drinking water. It's part of our lives, we can't live without it, no matter what. No one should be able to control it or expropriate it for profit. In the current global water crisis, billions of people still lack access to basic water and sanitation services. Everyday, thousands of people are dying from diseases because they do not have access to clean water. The majority of those dying are children under the age of five. In 2002, the Canadian government was the only one to vote against accepting water as a human right at the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
Everyday 4,500 lives are lost due to a lack of access to clean and safe water. Climate change is making the situation even worsein some countries, sources of safe water are quickly disappearing. No acces to clean water is affecting alot of peolpe and we need to do something about it, just like you said.
